Drew: Tell me a little bit about being the Pride Angel of Peace.
Pride Angel: The Pride Angel of Peace was started in 2004 to espouse the beliefs of those Peace Makers who have gone before us, Ghandi, Martin Luther King & Pope Paul VI who said "If you seek Peace, work for Social Justice." I never attend antiwar rallies. Like the late Mother Teresa said 'If you have a antiwar demonstration, don't bother to ask me. If you have Peace Rally, I will be more than happy to spread Peace to all humankind'.
What is your favorite thing about PrideFest?
Getting dressed and appearing at the Parade and Festival as the Pride Angel of Peace. Having my picture taken repeatedly. (I posed for over 500 pictures in 2007 alone)
What is your most memorable PrideFest moment?
While, in the parade, every year, I stop at the Basilica of the Immaculate Conception, remove the Rainbow Crown of Peace from my head, bless the church 3 times asking God to bless those who have been injured due to their sexuality and forgive those who have injured them.

I've witnessed this brave young man blessing the church! There is nothing in the Pride Parade quite like it! I wish I could meet this attractive guy in person, there isn't a person out there like him!
God bless the Pride Angel. Thank goodness someone is trying to spread peace! Our government sure isn't!
